Hello Marty .. are there any So-called Dollar collectors on this Forum ? .. the times I've looked, I've only seen a few.

Below is 2nd HK SCD for NGC
    This is a HK-425A, 1915 Pan-Pacific / Columbia, Pop 1 of 1 made by Greenduck, Chicago R-9 Rarity
    Much nicer than my scan.
side note - the HK-425 was made by Greenduck not I & J.

I'd say there is probably 20 active/vocal SCD collectors on here and probably many more silent collectors.

    Hello Tom ..
    and thanks for the update.

    As you know ..
SCD's have greatly increased in popularity and value.
Jeff S. at one time was going to have a Forum, but that ended before it even got started.
Any chance that your web page may have one in the future ?

One of these days, I need to update the website with the current version of the book. I'll get to it one of these days. However, the site will not likely include a forum.

    If not a Forum ..
the SCD Web page would be a good place to list additions to the 2008 book.

NGC has added 5 So-called Slugs .. HK-424A, 425A, 502A, 502B and 505A .. but that will be all .. per Brain the other $50 Slugs and Facsimiles will be certified using the J-#'s. I will post the last 3 on Monday via my poor looking scans !

    take care !.. tj

I have been getting into collecting these... I have Tom Jankovsky's electronic book/guide. Are there any other resources anyone can suggest?

Here is a "Box of 20" that I picked up from the Weber auction a few years back:

Thanks! Seems like Tom Jankovsky's guidebook and the 2008 Bill Weber Auction Catalog (Holabird & Kagin) expertly created by Jeff Shevlin are my guides in addition to your post. There is a discussion forum started on Jeff Shevlin's website for those who might be interested.

Post there please so we so-called dollar collectors can benefit ! image
