The haze disturbs me? A failing putty job?
The haze may simply be one of the various forms of patina you can get. It looks sort of wierd to me. Does it change under different lighting in-hand?
Underneath that haze, it certainly looks to be in fine shape.

I don't recall it changing under different lighting in hand. though that 'haze' is part of the coin.

And the residue is turning or another thought is that it is PVC that was not cleaned off well enouph.
And my question is if it is in a PCGS slab will they fix it?
