It definitely looks like it's got some textile.

Looks very strange to me. The reverse looks like it was soaked in some acid, it has a very "cleaned" look to it.

The obverse looks AT, is this what textile toning looks like?

It's all NT. The lighting is just making it look weird.

Updated photo (a little better representation of the coin though I still struggle with toned coins)... graded now by PCGS as MS64.
