$10 Gold buff UNC (or is it a SATIN PROOF?)

I have been pondering exactly if this new coin warrants an Uncirculated description. My reasoning.....The coin has a wire edge, brilliant reeding, and a satin finish.

Now....are these coined on the same press as the proof buffalo? Because if it is...then it would warrant the designation of satin finish proof, instead of 'uncirculated'

Thoughts?

    a bump up for a new look at the question.

    Is is unc, or is it a satin proof?
    What makes the difference?

    i got 6 on friday and looked at them with a 10X loupe before packaging them up to send to pcgs.

    my opinion is they are not satin, they are unc.
