I looked up the verification and PCGS guarantees that coin is a 10c piece. If PCGS says that is a dime it has to be a dime.

There are some slight extra marks and dark toning spots in the denomination area of the slab. This is consistent with it's MS65 grade. Obviously, if it was MS70, we'd then expect the denomination area of the slab to be perfect (at 5x so they say).
