PSA label question

Went back and got a scan of the card. Does this label look right? Thanks for the help.

  • Not sure on that. Could have been a labeling error. Did the cert #'s match??

  • Well get the cert # and look over the holder to see if it looks tampered with. Are we talking a high $$ card??

If it's from an actual cardshop, I hope it's the real deal.
Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

    Looks good.

Card was probably graded years ago.
  • Who knows....

PSA has used so many different typefaces on their labels over the years that it's almost impossible to ascertain whether or not a card is authentic based solely on the label.

For what it's worth, the typeface on that label is one I don't think I've ever seen before.

    My guess is it's fine.

The flips are so easy to make, there is no reason not to make a "prefect looking"
one, if one is going to counterfeit them.

By early September, I expect a FLOOD of fake PSA/PCGS slabs coming home from
    the Chi-Com Olympics.

On that Jackie Robinson, it looks legit.

PSA used that weird type font with the grade slightly over to the left of the normal spot for like a 2-3 month period at the most. Maybe back in 2002. I can't give you an exact date range. But it's legit.
