Why aren't the Emotions in alphabetical order?

I, like many others, enjoy adding a "smiley" or an "I agree" emotion every once in a while in a post, but why aren't they in some kind of order? Or are they? And how about a picture of it next to the word, so we know what the heck it looks like before we post it?

p.s. I was hoping someone else would've asked these questions before me .... but it's buggin' the crap out of me!

    They won't ever be unless we change forum software. They are listed in the order added. The only way to fix it is to delete them all and re-add them in alphabetical order.

    I think we should bring this to the UN and see what they think. Debates will carry on for decades.

    The list is just a lookup table. If by order-entry, it's probably being sorted by the record key. It's not that hard to change the sort criteria in the table to alphabetical. This should be something the DB administrator can easily do.

    I think this will be brought to the table at the next CU board of directors meeting.
