Proof 2007 Out of Sequence motto Press. $1 error?

In the July 14th CW edition, I came across an add in the back. It is entirely dedicated to these 4 sets of coins, priced at $3,000,000.00 U.S.

In the add it says,"These four sets are the first reported to Cw. See fromt page story in the April 7th,08 issues."


Now I tried finding my copy of this issue, but had zero luck.



Are these a must have for a Pres $1 collection?
