1837 Reeded Half Dollar MS-60 to 63...Great Details!!! The coin probably saw a light cleaning in the past but is still very nice... I'll take $900 or best offer.
The OP doesn't state problem free. I wonder if courtesy can be achieved by PM to the OP with comments like this. I am neither defending or supporting the coin, only the premise of comment of anothers' offer on the B/S/T, that could possibly be misinterpreted by a potential interested party. I am certain that you would want the same consideration. With Respect And Without Malice, John Curlis
You're right and I didn't say that he did. I just asked if it was problem free. A simple and honest question about a coin being publicly offered for sale is completely appropriate to be posed in public.
The phrasing and commentary is subject to interpretation and somewhat misleading. You 'answer' your question by an observation, without OP insight. This can effect the opinion of another potential interested party. Your clarity of thought is appreciated. I continue to think a question of this nature is best presented by PM to avoid misinterpretation of intent or interference of the B/S/T process. I can appreciate that your commentary would be proper if posted on the open forum. Respectfully To All (and last comment concerning this) John Curlis
