T3 Die Cut?! What?!

Please tell me that there is no such thing as a T3 die cut? Someone on ebay is looking to sell at T3 that's all cut up saying that it's a die cut. Please tell me it isn't so.

    If by die-cut they mean cut by someone using scissors. Then yes...
