Some of the LiveHelp bots say the "PP required" pop-up message is "a glitch."

Some of the LiveHelp bots say, "PP is the required way to do biznez on EBAY."

    Truth Is: It's a glitch.

The fast workaround is to accept PP in the listing form, and then revise the listing
    and remove PP.

The slow workaround is to ask LH to download a special link onto your listing form.
Clicking the link allows you to list up to three items without PP.

BUT, PP for EVERYBODY will likely be rolled out for REAL before XMAS.

("High-Risk" categories currently require PP for all sellers.)

PP sure is One Fat Cat!

Crunch some numbers and tally up just how much this little bugger simply TAKES!

If you offer low S/H and your items perform well, PP will take whatever you charge for S/H thereby leaving the cost to ship to come out your items' prices realized.

Then along come the BIG POPPA, eBay, and totally EATS even MORE!

Ebay, PP, USPS etc are all the ones "making it" - certainly not us. image

But - What ya gonna do? image

Beats the daylights out of most other possibilities and venues. image

Shops cost money to run and with the Economy like it is, I wouldn't want a real B&M shop right now
or the expense of running and maintaining one.

Driving any substantial distance is gonna cost too. Hmmm, that leaves flying or???

    Oh well. image
