I don't have a book and it's still VF imo.
The meaning of life ? I don't know but I am sure that coins have something to do with it.

I'll go even further: it might technically be a VF, but I wouldn't pay more than F money for it. It's fugly.
You've got a divot in the base of the bust. Rim dings or knocks clearly evident on the reverse. I don't like the surfaces either.
