WTH is so hard about putting a price on it?

I opened this thread because I was interested...........that is until I read thru the thread.
  • The Issue is, that I'm Not sure How Much its worth. If you're really interested, than Please feel free to make me an Offer.... It's a little complicated when there isn't anything to bounce it off of! If I say $250 - $750, what will that do for anyone!?!? If You say $300, & thats the Highest offer I received, well than its yours!

Hope this Helps, But Maybe Not? image

This card sold on ebay about a month ago for $100 and the buyer paid with paypal and never got the card. He recently got his money refunded through paypal. So my question is are you the original seller who lied about shipping the card or the POS who stole it while in transit?

    Probably.

Listen IrishDenny. You are way too overexcited about trying to sell this card at an inflated price. Me thinks I smell a little greed
and anxiety in your posts. Just quietly go away, and take this 100 dollar card with you. image

I never hide who I am. Not Looking for a cyber war either. As far as what you feel about my cyber writing, seems it only leads you back to your own ego. I'm just trying to sell a card, Nothing else! What are you trying to do?

    "Go Away"......?

    Because you said so?

I didn't come to you! You jumped in with negative comments. So, I'm persistantly trying to sell a card! ........ Ahhhh, thats what happens in this Collecting Hobby World.

This Is the * BUY, SELL & TRADE ~ Sports Section last I checked!

Allen, (Who?) Thank you for the Owner history of the card. I guess you can add me to the present end as the one who bought it after everything you said..... If its True? I don't Know!
However, I'm Honest, Open and I'm NOT gonna go away just because edmund(???) or anyone else said to! Sorry I'm Not in compliance of your order, But you are not in my chain of command.

With All this tadew about a card My interests grew. So, I gave the person that I purchased the card from a phone call today, The sellers side of the story was that the card was sent to the Buyer and the transaction was complete. Then the Buyer opened a dispute thru paypal. The seller was very upset about losing the card and the Paypal dispute. After all of this, the card was returned because the package was damaged and they could only read the senders info. After I told the seller a little bit about this message thread, The Seller apologised to me for causing me any grief. They wished they told me before and would of have had they known I was going to sell it! (Neither of us new at the time that I was going to sell it.) I Told her not to worry, that we will all survive Life is Grand!

So there you have it sport fans.

And I guess we can't catch everything all the time.........

Card Is No longer for Sale!

Moving On to another Brilliant epiode in my Life. image

Ps By the way, Nice Link! I guess you like weight lifting?

Why does everyone that gets busted on this board always make up some story about being in the military (to elicit empathy?)?

Great story, but you should have went with the ol' "I found this card in my gradfather's attic" story. Another scammer busted.

Maybe the guy legitimately obtained this card and is in the military in some form. I appreciate the passion that board members have, but sometimes people get jumped on and may not deserve it.

  • Mphilking,
This Is for your benifit. Thank You for your benifit of the doubt. You certainly are an understanding person. Everything I said is true. I'm not defending myself, nor an I looking for sympathy from any member of any board. I spent 22 years in the US Submarine Navy, Medically Honorably Discharged from a broken back. I thank God every step I take for his Grace. This Photo of me & my Wonderful Wife was taken in 1997 at the Submarine Ball in San Diego, Ca.

As for those who follow the pack cause they like to heckle, well lets just say, that in my military experience I've heard most of it, the rest is just the same all over again. No sleep lost here image

Again, Mphilking, Thank You for your kindness!
