older folder

I've checked, re-checked and checked again. I bought an older folder for WLH and their is NO information as to the publisher, maker, or anything. This is a large folder with blue backing, gold trim on the front and the only words saying, "The Walking Liberty Half Collection" "Walking Liberty Half" is done in colleagraphy(sp?). There is only 2 thick blue felt pages with gold numbers and letters for year and mint. Last night I got my halves together, freed one from the 2 X 2 and proceeded to squeeze in the 45P, only it fell in with lots more space. My wife thinks the holes are for coin capsules. Does anyone know for sure? It's a gorgeous book and I'd hate to rid it for a cheezy excuse.
