eBay terms and conditions regarding MSN Live Rebate

Is there any restriction to tout the MSN Live rebate within my ebay listing? I want to call out that people can save off my buy it now prices, but I wanted to check beforehand so my listing doesn't get yanked. Does anybody else do this with their listing(s)?
