I tried to delete before anyone posted. Sorry, as I didn't want anyone to get worked up.
For some reason eBay is trying to (on occasion) force you into to taking PayPal for all listings. Seems like I was able to work around it as well.
It is happening to THOUSANDS of sellers; yesterday and today.
Some of the maroooooooons at LH say "it's a glitch." Some say, "PayPal is the safe way to trade, so you must use PP."
The Trurh: It's a glitch. BUT, before XMAS, it will be real.
LH can insert a link into the listing in progress that will let you complete the listing w/o PP. The link is usually good for 2 or 3 more listings, then the warning appears again.
The line at LH is Looooooooooooong.
Another workaround is to list with PP, then hit "revise" and remove the PP.
We are aware that some sellers have been receiving "PayPal Required" type error messages under inappropriate circumstances during the listing process. We are working to resolve this issue, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please read eBay's Accepted Payments policy to learn more about the types of conditions under which PayPal or another safer electronic payment method may be required.

PP is the ONLY payment method I accept.
10-minutes ago, I had 85 TL items fail to list because of the "glitch." Keep in mind, PP is the ONLY payment I accept.
That place has some VERY serious problems. They seem not to understand what they are doing. When I went there last year, I was shocked that MOST of the workers looked like 12-year old cartoon-children.
