1776 Piece of Eight Help Counterfeit??

I purchased the coin this week. It is 38mm in circumference, 2.1mm thick, wont attract to a magnet, and weighs 17.7 grams.

Does anyone have knowledge with these coins

Hecho en Chine, made in china. It is about 1/2 of what a real one weighs.

Rounded impressions indicate cast, rather than struck.
