Question on buffalo nickel

I just purchased this one this week. 1936-S/S FS-501 RPM-1 Buffalo Nickel, it has been graded by ANACS as F15

what is the s/s mean can find it in the blue book. how good of a grader is anacs?

The photo sucks and was from previous owner. I dont have it in hand yet to photo.

    An "S over S" is a repunched mint mark. Variety people love this kind of thing.image
