    That is one funky wear pattern. The rims are almost full, but the detail is almost gone.

    I suspect that this was a pocket piece that was rubbed quite a bit.

    IMHO the coin looks closer to AG3. I have a PCGS 1890O in PO01 that has much more wear than this piece.

    It only my opinion. Its a low ball candidate regardless of AG3 or FR2
