Prostores by eBay? What is this?

I got a mailing today from eBay inviting me to join their Prostores program. Anyone have any idea what Prostores is?

Seems to be a site similar in products like "website tonight" offered by godaddy.com and others, but more designed towards a retail outlet.

they are owned by ebay. set up your own web site. like $20 a month if you have an ebay store. selling fess are less than 1%. nice web site with sales, shopping cart, paypal, check out option. I had one for about 6 months. made some decent sales but it's hard to get traffic to the sites. for me it was too much time to run an ebay store and having the web site.

Basically a white-labeled e-commerce platform...they have them all over the web...people selling "get rich on ebay" programs, those programs make a TON of money...ebay decided they want their cut.
