You need to get a trailcam. That's what I use. And, a pile of corn.

Here's one of my daughter and my grandson with one of those wild Mustangs shown on our
Nevada Quarter. The Mustangs were in the Mt. Charleston range NW of Vegas about 30 miles.
This mare was the friendliest and loved the carrots we had!
