This coin seems to match the images on VAMworld for the VAM 21 and VAM 21A. The dies are very pitted. Maybe it's a later die state.
Can one of you VAM experts verify the variety from the images?
What do you think it would grade? The scans are not very sharp and the coin could use a soak in acetone. It looks AU to me.
Am I reading the value right in the new 2008 VAMview Retail Price Index? $350 in AU? If that's right, I'd glady give someone a great deal.

Very nice.
If I was to guess on grade I'd say 53-55 depending on how it looked in hand.
You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.
