PSA/DNA Basebell Submission Fee Question

My friend has a Mantle/DiMaggio ball that he wants me to send in to PSA/DNA to have authenticated and maybe graded too. I'm totally confused about their fee schedule. A Mantle auto costs $100 and a DiMaggio auto costs $75. Plus there's a fee for the Grading that's $50. So that would make the total $225 to have both signatures authenticated and graded (shipping cost not included)? I read something in there that they only charge you for the more expensive auto (Mantle in this case). Is this a fact, or with they charge me for both? OR will they charge me $50 for the Mantle auto grade plus an additional $25 for the DiMaggio grade? I'm confused.

If anyone is familiar how ball submissions work, any info would be a great help. Thanks!

Here's an example from the link below:

Mickey Mantle/Stan Musial signed baseball would be $75 based on the more expensive Mantle autograph. Since there are two autographs, on Chart A, the Authentication Fee would be $100. Based on Chart B, the Grading Fee would be $50, for a total fee of $150.
