1973 Topps Comic -SCP auction

Set went for a lot of money-15-18,000 in the latest SCP auction-lot number 454....
I have always thought this set was undervalued and this was an adjustment that was needed in the hobby.
I thought it would end up around 8000 to 11000
......Great looking wrappers...no MLB emblems....colorful...and they cry 1973 all over them........If you are unfamiliar with the set or look of the wrapper, they were used to wrap 5 pieces of bubble gum...the large white margin is the place where 3 drops of glue would go to seal the wrapper....the outside had a pix of Bench catching a foul tip....they where a test issue and never released on a large scale.....some did make it to the public and can be found with the glue drops...
