1922 Peace auction: Toning or VAM-5A?

I was thinking of bidding till I opened it again tonight and saw the price. It looks like could be a 5A but wasnt absolutely certain from the TT pics. Either someone else thought it was a Scar Cheek also or the toning drove the price up.

I'll see your bunny with a pancake on his head and raise you a Siamese cat with a miniature pumpkin on his head.

You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.

Nope, must be the toning; here's a scan of the 22 V-5A to "stare and compare"(sold last week).

Theres a lot of chatter on the cheek for a MS64 and couldnt tell for sure.

Prices finally realized. Picked up this PCGS MS63 1923 Peace Dollar for the very nice price of $21 plus juice.
