Unable to enter my commem. in the Registry even though

in PCGS Set Registry Forum
the certification/verification number shows valid at PCGS check area. Could this be because someone else still has it in their set?-------------------------BigE

    this is a common problem E..just someone not caring enough to take a coin of there list usually...
