Do any of the paralell feather short nock reverses have a broken 4th star on the obverse> I'm pulling my hair out here..
THe obverse matches 134 but there is no mention of the broken star and the reverse dosen't match

Yes. VAM's 131 and 146 for starters. And then there are also VAM's 186, 195, 195A, 197.

You have VAM 197. The broken star is on several obverse dies and isn't an attribution diagnostic on its own. The doubled S on the obverse is o nthe VAM 134 and 197. The overpolished area between the eagle's leg and right wing is on the VAM 197 and is actually a different die than that used on the VAM 134, not just a polished-down version of it.
