Mint Flyer IRS

Just curious if anyone has seen any Mint brouchures or flyers included in IRS mailings or correspondence.
The Mint's website indicates this in their response choices under "How did you hear about this product" field.

First I find it odd that the agency that is responsible for taking your money would have a flyer for anothe agency that is trying to sell you money. It would be interesting to see if these Mint publications included in IRS mailings are unique or substanially different than the standard Mint fare.

They advertise on the envelope that had my tax return. There was also a card inside about the presidential dollars I believe. It was all black and white printing.
