Ratio of wax to rack/cello boxes

I'm sure it depends on year and manufacturer, but does anyone have a general idea of the ratio of wax boxes produced to rack and cello boxes? I don't know if there was just more wax produced, or the rack and cello boxes just dried up quicker, but wax always seems to be more readily available.

wax was always more plentiful than rack/cello. i think rack/cellos were made for bigger, retail/discount stores like meijer, walmart and other grocery stores. possible comparison: wax=hobby (card/candy shops, liquor stores), rack/cello=retail
