New BBCE stuff. Group rip?

BBCE just added a rack box of 1981 Topps football. Seemed like fun at $30 a pack. Anyone interested. I can not afford the full box price right now. Box looks pristine and apperantly came from a sealed case.

  • Wasnt really taking a poll, just curious if anyone had seen them yet. They look like they were just released. Since we are on the subject, we can get a box of 1980 Topps baseball which was discussed last time, for about $7.50/pack. I would love to bust a 1981 Donruss Golf box at $4.50/pack but not sure how many would be interested other than me and Vito.
  • I would take 12 golf and 4 football
  • I'd probably be in for some golf

    Serious Question!!

I actually just ordered a couple of packs of 81 Golf, would be willing to buy a few more

The stars are tough to get centered, which makes the pack busting fun.

    Neil,
I think Nicholson is the best one.
  • I pulled an almost perfectly centered Nicklaus from one of the packs I bought from BBCE but it had some surface issues.

Edit: If you happened to get a PSA 10 Nicklaus, it is a $350-400 card.

I haven't bought anything from them in 6 months. Although I still check their site, usually weekly. Always something cool in stock.

The 70's hockey they've added is cool. Some packs you don't see every day. Saw that 81 rack box. That'll go pretty quick I bet. And some of those 80's football cello boxes are pretty cool.

I would think a rack box that fresh/pristine looking should be left as is. Can't Steve sell ya one that has the rack box (but not the packs themselves of course!) beat up and crossed off with an X for a couple C-notes off or something to rip?

    Hello,

    Long time lurker.

I would be interested in 2 packs of 81 Football. Had a nice looking Montana back in the day and my sister ripped it in half.
