Sidney Crosby - Time to buy?

I like buying key rookies during the off-season. I've been watching Sidney Crosby rookies and they seem to be down at least 10-15% since the end of the season.

I was looking at Ovechkin RCs, but they seem to be up right now.

I am not a hockey fan at all, but I would not mind having a nice Crosby RC Auto. I noticed his stuff has cooled down a little and considerd picking something up. I have been wanting a OPC Gretzky PSA 5 range for a little while, but I have not found on yet.
