Anybody ever had problems with Upper Deck Customer Service(QA)

I hate to even publish my complaint with Upper Deck but I buy high end cases of new product and have never once complained to Upper Deck. Well, I bought a case of UD Black(2400.00) and of the entire 20 card case was damaged in some way some much worse than others. I am not talking a nicked corner on any card. To give you and example a Kidd/Nash Dual Auto and several cards had a line down them where there machine had done something to the cards before they were packaged.
Well I did everything UD asked I sent the entire case, wrappers, box and reciept from dealer.
About 15 collectors/dealers saw this case break and told me right then I needed to get my reciept from the dealer.
Well to make a long story short I did it all and then three weeks later UD sends me 4 cards replaced just fine, told me to redeem my two redemptions and then sent me three more autos of guys I had got damaged. They said the other cards were endeed damaged but they were out of stock of those cards.
I still have 11 cards that are not going to be able to be sold for anywhere near market value (Magic, Erving, RodmanX2, Alonzo and some other pretty decent cards).
I called UD immediately and explained the situation and the Customer Service rep told me "no problem and we will take care of it."
He said we will get you a Kobe autograph or something nice for your shipping, time and replace your cards or something to that effect. He totally understood my frustration.
He told me to call him back later after he talked with his supervisor
I called many times and finally the CS rep told me "I was able to break the rules and get you some cards to make up for your damaged cards" and I could tell he was afraid to tell me who they sent but the package was on the way. So I asked again who the players were and he said you are really lucky I am able to send you a Shaq jersey card, kobe jersery card and some bulls but of course not even the same product I purchased(240.00 per box and two cards per box).
Of course no ink, no decent cards and I am really frustrated with the four week long process.
Please dont give me the lecture about new product sucking for investment and returon on investment. I know it sucks and dont mind because I enjoy doing it with my twin sons but this is just not right.
Would you just eat it and move on or try and talk to a higher up?

promised date I finally got my cases.

He responded to me promptly on two matters in a positive way....good luck...
top 3-4 cards in every pack had crease right thur middle of card (of course rookies were on top) and box said 5 autographs per box got 1 after sending cards back I get a letter stating they do not know which packs have autos and it is an average across the print run. How can they state 5 autos per box and not know which packs have autos??? They were so kind to send me 7 RETAIL PACKS for the 4 autos I did not receive. Glad they lost the CMG players now I don't
have to open anymore upper deck product
