    I just spoke to Chattanooga again, and I got him to offer $550...if you call on monday (800)444-2646, you might still be able to get him to stick to that price. Maybe you can tell him that Tony Koo referred you. I'm just stretched way too thin right now to be making any more deals. Best of luck!
