Looks like they dressed the wrong figure as Favre. Could be a nice error piece to the right collector.

It has to be an error. Also, there is an identical white version.

This statement wasn't referring to the figure being black, but rather the pose that he's striking. I just wanted to clear that up.

Not enough profit involved to run out an jump on them when I am in the store I will keep my eye out for them, but not going to make special trips looking for them.
