How do you spot a Dan Dee 1954 fake?

I just bought a collection tonight that had about 8 Mantles that I know are good, I am familiar with topps cards and they were all in the 60s. There was also a dan dee card which I not familiar with. I looked on bay and tried to see the difference between fakes and the real thing. Anybody got any experience on what to look for?

Every Dan Dee card has been reprinted.

    1. The authentic cards have a smooth slightly waxy surface to them, especially the back.
    2. They are roughly 1/8" wider and taller (2-5/8" by 3-5/8") than a modern (1957-now) Topps card.
    3. They will also often be found with grease stains.
    4. The (Fritsch) reprints have the darker areas too dark and the white borders too white when compared to an authentic card.

99% have grease stains, must have been some good chips!
