American Hero Coin not coming up in registry

I bought a Lance Armstrong American Hero ASE and tried to load it into my registry. There is no serial number on the front and an 8 digit code on the back. I entered the 8 digit code thinking that this would be the number but it wasnt. Any suggestions/help? Thanks

10430459 was one of the 4 codes that I have (own 4 ase's with different years)

They voided it after it came out he took steroids.

I could be very wrong but I do not think that these coins are Registry eligible.

No big deal that you are wrong. I just cant upload mine into the registry. Ill try emailing them. Anyone have an email address for the person i should be talking with

Look under Help while in the Set Registry, you'll see "setregistry@pcgs.com"

That looks to be a Registry Showcase and not a Registry set.

I just went ot cert verfication with that number and it is not valid.

yup. its not a fake but doesnt have the serial number on the front like most pcgs that are not american hero series. The american hero series have it on the back (which this one does) im waiting to her back from pcgs

Keep us informed, I was having the same problem and simply decided not to pursue it.
