Question about an ancient coin I know nothing about-- "Aurelian" coin from AD 270-275?

My father in law showed me a coin that he bought in London probably over 20 years ago. I know nothing about this coin, but I belive it is an ancient coin. The flip had a tag inside, which gave basic information, which I provide below. Does anyone know anything about this coin? I doubt that it has any value, but any guesses as to its worth would be great, too. Here is the information from the tag (sorry for any misspellings; the tag was handwritten):

Ruler: Aurelian
Denomination: AE: Antoninianus
AD: 270-275
Grade: G. Fine
Price: GBP 15
Obverse: bust right
Reverse: Fortune STD, L. Holding Rudder
Always took candy from strangers
