I know little about Washingtons, but this motto looks doubled? Am I imagining it?

1962 MS67* NGC...kinda looks like some doubling in the word "LIBERTY"

There are more DDO's and DDR's in Washington quarters than you can shake a stick at. Plenty of 62's -- the question is which one could it be?
