Need some help from the ticket experts. 1948 Basketball and Boxing Tickets.

Ok so the first is a 1948 Mid-Atlantic Basketball tournament at American Legion Auditorium and you got all 4 games for $1.50

The Second ticket is American Legion Auditorium for a Boxing Match and it says Colored Benefit Ticket and has the line to be ripped at the stub. The cost is $1.25. It is not dated but was in the same box as the 1948 Basketball and looks similar. This is Ticket Number 55, and I have a run of them and they are all unused.

ANY IDEA WHAT THESE ARE WORTH? SELL THEM ON EBAY INDIVIDUAL OR AS A LOT? If any board members are interested in one or a few just let me know. Thanks

Not sure I could sell it for $1.50 because of inflation over the past 60 years. Well lets figure it up in 1948 a gallon of gas cost.....haha.

So how much should I try to sell these for?
  • Before selling I would research each to see if any famous players/boxers were in them, also teams involved, who won the tourny. Maybe look for old newspapers, etc. Sold a few tickets a ways back and the more info you can provide on them the higher the price you can expect.
