Question about EBay listing and coin

Does anyone here see what could be wrong with this listing? The seller has an 1855-S half in AU+ (cleaned) for sale. The BIN is $3500, a very low price for this coin, even for a cleaned coin. Could this coin be counterfeit? From the low BIN, I suspect it is. Any thoughts?

The seller has good feedback and offers a 7 day return.
If you use a cc with paypal and it turns out it is a fake then you should be covered.
