Upset with Ebay feedback program!

Since sellers can no longer leave negative feedback on buyers, what does a guy do to punish the buyer for not paying or answering email?
I had my first two a couple of weeks ago.

I think ebay should make buyers Non pay strikes public record. That way you at least know if they might intend to pay.
