Son Needs Help Identifying Korean Coin

Pictured below is a Korean coin my son thinks is from about 1700. If anyone can help identify it, we would appreciate it.

    That is a 100-cash coin, minted 1866-1867. Is the color accurate? I am not so sure it is real.

    The color is not accurate. It is more of a brass color (not washed out as the picture shows).

    If this is a valuable coin, it is not likely real as a family member bought it from a street vender for just a few bucks.

    There are numerous reproductions that have a polished brassy appearance. Real ones usually start from 25-30 dollars. There are street vendors thave have real ones but I don't think they would let one go so cheaply. I suspect the one you have shown is a reproduction.
