Or perhaps within the 70/30 centering guidelines of an 8?

A definite TILT ....

can't look at the pic very long to tell if it's an 8 or not ... it hurts my eyes.

It almost looks as if they go through the card. If that is the case, then there is no way this should've received an 8.

It must fall into centering specs for a PSA 8 on it's most extreme measures. Looks like it may have razors for edges and corners.

Looks like a diamond cut to me with the tilt being much more relative to the top and bottom. Should have a MC at least for that, I'd say. Those lines suck, too, whether on the card or holder.
