The coin I see in the image is a poltinnik, which is 50 kopeks. This coin is silver, was only minted in 1924-1925.
Tir nam beann, nan gleann, s'nan gaisgeach ~ Saorstat Albanaich a nis!

I like the inscription around the outside: "Workers of the world, unite!" (complete with exclamation point)
The Ruble of that year is also a nice design. I have "collector grade" (i.e. inexpensive circulated) examples of both
