I am selling five of my early half dimes to raise cash for another numismatic purchase. This is a 1797 Draped Bust, Small Eagle H10c with XF details and some damage, which will be much more affordable than a similar coin in damage-free condition. This coin would be great for someone who wants a type coin for a Dansco album, or just wants to acquire an early half dime with sharp detail without breaking the bank. I decided to list these on ebay and take the "free market" approach to determining their value, since pricing problem coins like this is not an easy task.
