Hi All,

I wanted to spend a moment to let those potentially interested forum readers know that Spink Smythe is hosting our first auction under the new brand on July 22, 2008. As most are aware, both Spink and Smythe are individually seasoned auctioneers to say the least, but this will be the maiden voyage under the combined name.

As a micro-preview of the sale, it is very gold heavy in all categories (ancients, world, and U.S.). A large percentage of these items are being sold unreserved and as a result I anticipate significant interest.

For those who are interested in bidding and would like a catalog, please contact me and I would be happy to arrange sending a catalog along. If you just want to peruse the catalog on-line, it will be posted sometime next week at www.smytheonline.com. Also, since teaming with Spink, we have added an exciting bidding feature...live internet bidding.
