finest vs. finest refractors?

can someone explain to me how i know if the nolan ryan 1993 baseball's finest all stars is a Finest or a Finest Refractor, which seem to be worth a whole lot? thanks

    i think this one does. but when i look at ebay, the ones listed just as finest seem to look like that too. are they just plain cardboard? are the refractors noted as being them or numbered?

    Looks like a refractor to me (the way the bottom part has that rainbow shine). I'd send it in for grading; if it comes back at least a 9 it's worth some major coin.

    i'm pretty confused on it. guy in card shop thought it wasn't, but he didn't have any others from this set. maybe i need to buy one of the normal ryans and compare
