Where have you been?
David Lawrence Rare Coins bought PCI and reintroduced it as Dominion. DLRC is top-notch, but only time will tell about acceptance of the new grading service. -Preussen

Sorry for the dumb question. Please answer it nonetheless. I seriously don't know and am at the moment not able to come up with a good definition...
