morgan dollar questions

well i have 2 morgan dollars over date coins an 1880/79 s ms 64 and an 1880/9 s ms 65 grade as listed on pcgs holders no pics at the time sorry and i was woundering if the the 1880/9 was a vam 11 would it be worth while to resend it in to get a vam listing since its a hot 50 and does the 1880/79 s have any vams listings for this over date

    Both of them could be any among VAMs 8 through 12, though the 0/9 and 80/79 (or 8/7) were supposedly segregated. All of them have premiums in those grades in attributed holders. PCGS will attribute all but VAM-12, which they should also do in time as it is part of the Hit List 40. You might check vamworld.com to make positive attributions on the two coins.
