Very nice workmanship on the Crown. The shading is quite well done.
They are probably worth more as enameled coins than if the coins had been left alone. The crown could fetch a very nice sum in a DNW auction for instance.

The key to the value of these is the number of colors used, the timeframe in which the enamelling was done, and the skill in shading the work. Generally speaking, the more colors used - the higher the piece will bring at sale. In addition, a piece like that crown which was done in the 1800's will bring more than a more contemporary worked on piece.
There does seem to be a strong correlation between the number of colors used and the workmanship exhibited with the time frame of when the enamaling was done.
